Information We Collect

  • Account information that you provide when you create an account or contact us, such as your name, email address, company, job title, and GitHub handle.
  • Payment information. When you subscribe, your card details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe. Ultorg does not receive or store your card number; we retain only a customer reference and your subscription and billing history.
  • Usage and technical data. When you use the website or the service, our servers may record technical information such as your IP address or browser user‑agent, information about pages visited, data shared between users, or data related to product activation.

How We Use It

We use this information to provide, operate, and secure the service; to authenticate you and manage your account and licenses; to process payments; to respond to support and sales enquiries; and to understand and improve how the website and product are used.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Ultorg, and only as needed for them to perform their service. These include, for example:

  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Amazon Web Services — main user database (hosted in the United States);
  • Netlify — website hosting and contact-form handling;
  • Google — website analytics

Information is disclosed to these providers by transmitting it to their services electronically. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How We Protect It

We protect information in transit with encryption, store passwords only in hashed form, and keep data within private, access‑restricted networks.

Google Sheets Connections

When you use the Ultorg Desktop application to connect to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, the desktop application will store authentication tokens in the home directory of your local computer (or in your "roaming" home directory in certain corporate environments). Data from your Google Sheets spreadsheet will be retrieved directly from Google's servers to your computer, without passing through servers controlled by Ultorg Inc.

Limited Use Disclosure

Ultorg Desktop's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
